CoreTeam Manpower Services Inc., was borne out of sheer determination by a group of young professionals for quality, competitiveness, on time delivery and the desire to be the partner of choice for all Clients.   With this core group of values and sheer determination for hard work, four young professionals set out to be on their own way back in 1997 and established what is then known as Carr Constructions Inc., Manpower Division.  That was the humble beginning of what is today known as CoreTeam Manpower Services and all its subsidiaries, namely: (1) CORE INTERNATIONALTraining & Assessment Cetner Inc., (2) Master Staffers Consultancy Inc.,(3) TSSD and (4) CoreTeam Local.

Since we do not have to serve any Master, we were Master and Servants all in one and so we had no choice but succeed.  We not only met all our goals, but we exceeded them well beyond expectation.  Today, we would like to proudly say that CoreTeam is one of the pioneers in the area of Manpower Consultancy and Placement.  We have also established a full fledged training and assessment Center called CORE INTERNATIONAL Training & Assessment Center Inc., to aid in recruitment and also to help our Filipino brethren to achieve their goal of overseas employment.  We are also conducting local manpower placement, construction and contracting, Joint Ventuires as well through our other subsidiaries.
