Sourcing & Advertising

 maintains a large database of applicants for various trades and disciplines and we can readily provide resumes of available candidates for your review and selection. However, for large requirements, we will do field recruiting, internet, radio, tv and print media advertising. 

Pre-Screening

will thoroughly review all the resumes by experienced Recruiting Engineers and match them to the client requirements, conduct initial interview with the applicant to ascertain the suitability for the position, verify all the credentials and experience certificates before presenting the candidates for client review.

Interview and Selection Process

will coordinate with the clients the interview schedule and arrange for the candidates to be available on appointed date and time at our offices or in a hotel of the client's choice for interview.  If  is given the responsibility of selecting the candidates we will interview and select the candidate based on the specs and requirements provided to us by the client.

Hotel Accommodation

 maintains corporate accounts with major hotels in Manila with rates discounted at 40 to 50% against the published rates and we can provide these special rates to our clientele.

Travel Document Processing

will also assist the workers in their personal documentation for deployment such as passport, NBI, medical, etc. This will speed up the process of recruitment and deployment.

Training & Trade Test

at the request of the client can also provide the applicants specialized training, refresher course, upgrade skills, trade test as these facilities are provided by our subsidiary Core International Training & Assessment Center, Inc., accredited by NCCER (National Center for Construction, Education & Research) affiliated to University of Florida, Florida, USA.

Mobilization

will mobilize the candidates according to the mobilization schedule provided by the client.  Travel arrangement can be provided by us at the most economical way using our special discounted ticket rates through our travel agents. The client may also provide PTA for the tickets.

Family and Vacation Assistance

can provide vacation assistance to client employees for the required clearances, permits, reconfirmation of tickets, etc.  We will also provide pre-departure orientation and counseling to applicants and provide assistance to their family in matters such as banking, bank cards, remittance, etc.

Lead Time Requirement for Deployment

requires a lead time of 30 days to process and deploy workers under normal conditions.
